First time Johnny has specifically been mentioned in the spoilers in ages and I'm on holiday that week. Typical.

This is obviously the week that Sharon is attacked, then. Sounds like a strong week all round.

It looks like Phil and Shirley may kiss or something happens that week.

I hope not, that would be low even by Philth's standards to kiss Shirley when Sharon is close to death in a hospital bed.

I wouldn't want her as my mother.

I actually really like Phil and Shirley. I don't really know why, I think its the chemistry between Linda and Steve that makes them a joy to watch.
Obviously Sharon's attack that week and some more secret revelations about Lucy's murder. Overall a pretty strong week. Awesome.

You should enjoy Phil and Shirley . You must be pleased with their upcoming scenes ha. Personally, I hope Phil doesn't kiss Shirley or have a one night stand when Sharon is in a bad way in hospital. But I think Phil and Shirley should reunite later on in the year after Sharon is recovered.

I wonder what she does? Poor Johnny, I'm cringing already. Although I expect this is going to build up to the scenes of Linda coming to the gay bar and (hopefully) finally accepting Johnny's sexuality.

They do have chemistry but they're not going to do themselves any favours if they begin an affair so soon after Sharon's attack. I don't think that will happen, though.

I agree, I don't know how Phil could do that if he is supposed to be "upset" when Sharon is in a bad way.

He misses resting his feet on his favourite doormat?

Will Ronnie be back onscreen soon she's vanished we haven't seen her since April, I know Sam Womack is filming something else but surely she could pop back for the odd scene like some do.

She's in it for a couple of episodes next week.

I don't think anything will occur that week tbh, it may plant the seed for the future but I can't see anything big when Sharon is in hospital. Interesting that they have coincided the two plots though. Its obviously to put Phil at a crossroads imo.

I like them but not in an obsessive previous member type way.

In other news, the rest of the week is looking pretty strong also.
Linda and Johnny.
Les, he seems kind of shady.
Something comes back to haunt Ian, possibly to do with Lucy or his night with Jane? Masood knows but does Denise know yet?

Whatever Phil's feelings are I hope he does the right thing by Sharon. I wouldn't be surprised if he hands the bar over to Sharon and then she dumps him, after all that's all she really wants from him.

I wonder what Les tells Peter....intriguing.

Like the Ian stuff, whatever it is. His having sex with Jane, or where he was the night Lucy was killed.

All in all it looks to be an excellent week.

Does anyone else think that this could be Ben? This could be why Phil, Shirley and Johnny are involved in the week?

Is it wrong that the thing I am looking forward to the most is that we're getting a Les scene!

Haha, not at all! We need to see more Les. The scene with him pranking Stan was hilarious.
I like Pam also.
