Hi

Recently on my Samsung Galaxy S3 on middle plate two cracks. It wasn't a mechanical break. I called Samsung as I heard few people has
send their phones to them and were fixed. My phone is still on warranty and I heard those crack are Samsung fault. They send me to
Intercity Telecom Ltd and they reply to send the phone to them. If they decide that the fault is physical/mechanical I'll be charge for repair.

Does anybody had or heard about that kind of problem with Galaxy 3? Is it realy Samsung fault or it's hard to prove it that it was
their fault not mine? Thx for any advice guys!!!
