I do agree with this. Ronnie could take Phil's empire for her own nefarious purposes. Sharon takes the other bits and destroys Phil emotionally for Dennis. Shirley rejects him over Hev and he's forced to rely on Billy! Ronnie becomes high priestess of Walford gang land and goes into partnership with Sharon who suddenly remembers she gave the Vic back to the Mitchell's and wants her money back and that she inherited the bookies.

I'd like Ronnie to find out about Phil and Shirley stealing Roxy's money and then go on the warpath. The producers have probably forgotten about that story though.
