Cancelling T-Mobile Contract
Right, I've got a 24 month contract with T-Mobile, I want to cancel and take my number with me.
Minimum term expires on July 31st, and I understand I have to give 30 days notice (by phone) of termination. So I ring on July 2nd, saying I wish to terminate the contract on Aug 1st, and request a PAC at the same time ? That will ensure no cancellation charges ? I'll give the PAC to the new supplier on July 31st ? |

There's loads of stories online where EE / TMob/Orange get people with either their 'early termination fee' or make you pay an extra 30 day by giving out poor/inaccurate advice.
Alan Waric asked this a little while back so he might have some ideas http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1951773 more at MSE forums http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/...4363143&page=8 |

I just left One2T-MobilEE after an awfully long time, no more loyalty discount available so after a long chat i was given a PAC and duly used it.
When my final bill arrived there was a £14 early termination fee on it. A quick call had the lady saying it had now been removed after i told her i wasn't warned of it and i didn't even want to leave in the first place. |
