That's what I thought; why didn't Tony tell Sonny? Also where is Sam?

I feel a wee bit sorry for Diane, tbh. I'm not a parent but I gather its an extremely difficult job. God love her, she doesn't get much right but at least she tries to, I suppose. Better than what their real Mum and Dad did, which was just abondon them.

Evening Ownnnn

Hello there Oaksters

First, there's no way Esther could have opened the sealed exam packs without the school cancelling the exam, and if she did cheat, she will be in big trouble for ever more with a further education placement and her school record

Diane is stupid, she does seem to be repeating the same mistakes like when Sinead bullied Esther, by covering for Finn, glad Tony can see through Finn since he saw/overheard him being vile to Blessing.

Tony should not have apologised, he was absolutely correct. Should've gone further, if anything.

I agree, he should have told her some more home truths.

Diane makes me sooo angry, using the 'family' card to excuse Finns behaviour is wrong, everything Tony said about her was right. How dare she say Tony's comment about her being a bad mother was vile but then excuse Finns behaviour If she hates living with Tony so much, why doesn't she move out??
So glad Tony went through with it and didn't cover for Finn, it's a shame Sonny didn't bother to ask to see the laptop. I guess Finn will continue to be a nasty vile piece of scum and Diane will still stand by him

Poor Darren, I don't know why in soaps whenever someone is ill they never accept help straight away.

Ugh Robbie kissing Nancy

I agree, I think Tony can really see how Finn has changed and how nasty Finn has become even though he isn't fully aware of his actions, but Diane continues to bury her head in the sand, maybe she is in denial. I think if she sticks up for Finn when the rape is exposed will be the last straw.
the whole Robbie/Nancy/Phoebe stuff is so contrived, so rushed and forced just seems be some throw in stuff to give the characters something to do. Robbie has liked a girl for months and then soon as he gets with her and then goes and kisses a teacher who he suddenly developed a crush on, who has given no signs of fancying him.

I hope she does the right thing when the rape is exposed, Tony deserves better than Diane. She is such a hypocrite, we all know if someone else had attacked Blessing and she knew who it was or Tony had covered for them, she would be the first one to report that person as well as rant at Tony.
As for the Robbie/Nancy/Phoebe thing, not sure where it is heading but like you said that contrived plot to get them together only for Robbie to suddenly start having a crush on his teacher. He seems to be the only one who has revision lessons with her, this sudden 'friendship' just came out of the blue.

I agree, I do think maybe Diane will not believe it at first, but I think like Tony she might witness him being nasty and then finally realise what he has become and then does the right thing hopefully.
maybe the Robbie/Nancy stuff is a red herring, its probably a one sided crush from Robbie so Phoebe acts like a jealous girlfriend its stupid Robbie would suddenly act on his crush on his teacher considering she is a relationship and so is he. I do think it might be Patrick but people will think something going on with her and Robbie when their isn't. I hope they don't go down the route of Nancy being attracted to Robbie, I don't really like the idea of Nancy/Robbie or Nancy/Patrick.

I agree, why can't they have one happy couple in Hollyoaks. Everyone has to cheat on each other.

Well done tony he was spot on.
Whether your child or not how can you defend someone assaulting or even videoing (as she still thinks it was) an horrific attack on a fellow human being.
Diane makes sinead look like an angel at times.

So pleased that Nancy pulled away! Even with her miraculously bad personality transplant she wouldn't do that!

I was thinking that she could sleep with Patrick and then when she threatens to tell he hits her/shows his true colours, leading to the truth being revealed about Maxine (finally!)

I don't think Diane has destroyed the evidence. She's hanging onto it somewhere...just in case.

Wait. Robbie kissed Nancy?! Tony apologised for doing the right thing?!

Can someone briefly recap me on what happened please? I had to miss tonight's episode!

Sonny came to question Finn, Diane protected her son and went to 'delete' the evidence (although we never her saw her do it). Tony told her some home truths and she got angry, and said she's only staying with him because of the kids *rolls eyes*

Darren had a heart attack

Nancy kept going on about how Robbie shouldn't be blamed for the exam paper stuff and how she could lose her job, she was going to tell Patrick the truth but Robbie went to tell Patrick he did cheat. Robbie then went in for a kiss and Nancy backed away.

Some gangster shit was happening.

I know. That was revolting. Just another form of disrespect for a teacher. Thinking he can throw himself at someone who is supposed to be educating him. What an entitled piece of crap. That was basically sexual harrassment.

Oh FFS Diane!!!!!! You tell her Tony!!

Kind of hoping Finn goes potty and attacks/kills her - will serve her right for being such a deluded moron!!

^ Thank you priscilla!

Oh ffs Diane! Tony was completely right to report Finn - the monster should be locked up!

Poor Darren! I am interested to see how they handle the storyline though.

So Robbie decided to threaten his future by taking the blame for something he didn't do? Would have been noble had he then not tried to make a move on his sister-in-law (which is only a fact when it is convenient by the looks of things!).

Gangster shit I gather was the stupid Freddie/Grace/Mercedes/Ste stuff? The sooner Grace (and therefore the gangster stuff) is gone the better. Like you I couldn't care less about it.

I love Tony too. He is on Sinead's list, though (yeah, I don't know why either). For a few seconds tonight I thought Sinead might cross Tony off the list of doom, but she probably won't, will she? Otherwise she's going to run out of people to take 'revenge' on very soon.

That's a bit strong, though I agree it was idiotic of Robbie to make a pass at her.

Well I wouldn't say she's vile just panicking and desperate like a lot of students although the vast majority don't resort to such measures.

I think if she does get away with it there is a totally wrong message going out here especially as there will be a lot of viewers feeling exactly the same as Esther right now during exam season.
