Supposing it was Ben and Ben killed Lucy because she saw him and recognised him. After all the MO is there - blunt force trauma etc. etc.

Every character is going through a week of being the suspect. It's Ian this week. Next week it's Aleks and so on and so on. Yawn.

If it's either Ian or Peter, I reckon it's Peter. Ian can be manipulative and selfish, but when it comes to the crunch he hasn't got the guts to actually do it.

He wouldn't necessarily have to leave. He could get away with it as far as the criminal justice system goes even if it does affect him otherwise. However, isn't the murderer supposed to kill again If so I'm pretty sure it won't be Ian as that really wouldn't make sense.

I like the idea of it being Ben he met and that actually fits in with the wider story line as we saw Jay speaking to Ben but I really don't think it's Ben that did it unless they wanted to just get him banged up for longer which as we've heard he is returning isn't the case. Also if seeing Ben is Ian's alibi then surely this would be Ben's too.

I think it's Peter too, but I don't think he meant it and I don't think he realizes he did it. Like, they could have argued and something happened making her fall and hit her head, and half an hour later - after they made up - she's walking through the common and collapses and dies.

I've always said its Peter but no one seemed to support me. Now they do

I think he was phoning Ben, and has been meeting up with him since Ben got out of jail.

I am wondering what Les Coker tells Peter that shocks him so much.

It must be something that Coker discovered when he prepared her body for the burial, but clearly something the pathologists either missed (unlikely) or considered to be of no consequence. It can't be that she was pregnant - this would have been discovered at the post-mortem, Ian would have been informed and the police would be tracking down leads to a possible father.

I'm wondering if she has somebody's name tattoed somewhere that was usually covered up, or had needle-tracks on her arms.
