My Sony Entertainment Network account which I have had since September 2013 when I brought a new TV has been compromised and I can't get Sony to help!
Briefly, two weeks ago I received an email stating that a PS4 game had been purchased by my SEN account. I immediately logged in to my SEN account on my mobile as I wasn't home and changed the password. I tried to call Sony but they were closed and reported the issue to my bank.
The answer from Sony having chased them today, is to get my credit card to "claw back" the fraudulent transaction. This will result in my SEN account being banned. I asked what would happen to my Smart TV and the result would be that the Smart functions would no longer work, so no Netflix or Amazon Prime which I do pay for. The support agent then promptly ended the call by putting me through to a survey!
I am now getting desperate, does anyone have any contacts at Sony Uk, or advice on how I can resolve this. The fraudster had even changed the name on my account and added his Gamer ID (?) My account had previously been "Playstation free" as I don't have or am ever likely to have a games console.
