Not sure if this is the right section but I can't seem to get the BT sport channel on 507 working, I rang the helpline last night and spent half an hour restarting boxes and hubs, updating vision box, they said they would check some stuff and ring me back but never did, I have just upgraded from HH4 to HH5 not sure if that matters any and I am connected by Ethernet cable. Anyone had this that has got any suggestions that rectified it.

Make sure they are directly connected via Ethernet.

Have you tried:

BT Vision -> Help and Settings -> Settings -> system information -> Reset Registration
BT Vision -> Help and Settings -> Settings -> CA network info -> Force ReSync.

yeah I spent half hour with bt helpdesk, we forced update for the box, reset home hub, did the resets you suggested but still no joy.

They are connected by ethernet cable as I am able to watch iplayer and the catch up channels.

Urgh what does it say under / Help & Settings / Settings / Entitlement Information?

It says status: not initialised

Sorry all done rang up again and they said it was a fault their side that has been rectified.
