Just wonder if Australia has more lapsed laws on health and safety and what exactly would happen if your cafe or restaurant served up poisonous mushrooms and killed or very nearly killed people and they needed liver transplants.

Seems like on Home and Away this isn't seemed too bad and the diner can carry on as normal and Chris the guy who did it doesn't appear to be facing any prosecution whatsoever.

Fair enough it was an accident but some sort of punishment would surely happen.

This is Summer Bay!!!

The place were as a young person you can fall deeply in love at the drop of a hat and also just as quickly fall out of love and find a new love within half an hour of that happening.

Also were same sex relationships don't exist and if you are a poor child who's real parents don't understand you will find a new home and people who will look after you and you will never have to see those pesky real parents ever again.

What i find odd is, Marilyns going to get tested to see if shes a match for Leah, but didn't she have cancer ages ago, and so wouldn 't be able to be a donor ?

EDIT: Actually, thinking about it, she didn't did she, it was that other woman making her think she did or something, was that long ago, i can't really remember.

Marilyn did have breast cancer in her 1997-2000 stint.

I haven't seen the episodes but you would certainly think that Environmental Health would investigate the place and close it down pending their judgement unless, as you say, Australia's laws are very different to our own but I doubt that somehow.
