Good.
It can sometimes feel a bit amateurish and with way too many twists, but they've somehow managed to produce two really good series so far.

Would have been a massive shock if it hadn't returned

Think the LIVE FEED will have to be paid for from now on

Hopefully Global won't be as trigger happy as Slice when it comes to overseas viewers

Well deserved, the last series was very good. Deserved to be seen by more.

Fantastic news. Both series have been great

The second series had a better cast for sure though the gameplay was still pretty weak.

Great news! Really enjoyed both seasons! Is Global a step up from Slice or vice-versa?

That is my problem with the canadian version as well, like why in both series did they allow the showmance/close duo to reach top three? It makes no sense to not get rid of them as soon as possible.

Good to hear, i enjoyed the early part of last season... but i literally couldn't stand Neda to the point i simply had to stop watching, especially after it seemed more and more like people were content to allow a couple (Neda/Jon) to continue on, which frustrated me to no end.

I really hope i don't have another Neda situation next season (or this upcoming US season)... it's rare that a HG annoys me that much and to that point where i have to stop watching, very rare.

I realize many like her, fair enough. It's just one of those things.

Global is one of the main broadcasting networks in Canada. There are five main English-speaking networks in the country (keeping in mind that we also speak French here):

CBC: Functions exactly the same as the BBC, except there's ad breaks, and the network is cleared of primetime programming from April to June to make way for the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

CTV: I would say this network is somewhat a mixup between Channel 4 and ITV.

CTV Two: Like BBC Two, but it's a commercial network.

City: Very much like Channel 5, I would say.

Global: Also like a mix between Channel 4 and ITV. This is the sister channel of Slice.

Since Global is not a cable network, and is more accessible to most people, I would say this is a definite step up.

It was a smart move to put the first two seasons on Slice to see if they held well, because if they were to spend all that money on a reality show and put it on a large network, failure would be a huge financial loss to the network.

At least the ratings won't be skewed. The launch is always simultaneously aired on Global and Slice, and has garnered around 3 million viewers. Whereas the final, which is only aired on Slice, garners around 1 million. While the former figure is just amazing for Slice, it does make the ratings look at first glace like it lost heavy viewership.
