CS - Tracy's Compassion?
Has anyone else noticed a change in Tracy's behaviour since Tina was pushed from the balcony? She's been really kind to both Peter and Simon. (I know any normal person would be, but not usually Tracy). I know they are family, but that doesn't usually stop her from not caring and having a dig.
I kind of like the way she is showing some compassion, but I was wondering if anyone else noticed this? |

Especially there tonight when she was being uncharacteristically sweet and understanding to Simon and then he grabbed hold of her for a hug. Did you see her response? The look of wonderment in her eye? She looked like she'd had some kind of epiphany. She seemed so shocked at herself and at the same time she was in awe at herself for experiencing some real emotion for a change, some solidarity and LOVE. Poor Trace no wonder she was startled. She dropped the act for a second and her heart was touched.I liked it a lot. Maybe she could learn to be a real human, lol. |

Maybe the writers are listening to viewer feedback and making her a bit more human.
She also looked really concerned when Carla collapsed tonight. I don't know what happens because I don't read spoilers but if Carla loses the baby or even if it's just a scare, it would be nice if Tracy shared a compassionate scene with her considering Tracy lost the twins a couple of years ago. |

It's lovely to see a nice, loyal, supportive Tracy. It makes a change.

It seems her daughter has taken over as being the un-compassionate one.
When Steve told Amy about Tina she kind of shrugged her shoulders in a 'oh well sh1t happens' kind of way and asked if she could carry on practising her dance. |

did Amy spend a lot of time with Tina? Kids are only really affected by the deaths of people they are close to

Maybe finally they will stop with her panto baddie ways and causing trouble for no reason. Tonight was probably the first time I enjoyed the character in a while, no idiotic remarks or over the top acting. Her scenes with Peter were good (and Simon as well).
On another note I am enjoying Deirdre as well and her helping Peter. Keep it up Corrie. |

Amy does spend a lot of her time at the pub so she must have spoken to Tina a few times when Tina was passing through the back on the odd occasion when she did a full shift or wasn't in the back yard speaking to Peter in smokers corner.

I hope they show Tracy having a breakdown and finally feeling guilt and regret about killing Charlie.

I know he's 45 in real life, but how old is Curly Simon meant to be?
He was acting like he was about 4 tonight, the grizzly little cry baby. Good job he never went to my school, the big girl's blouse wouldn't have lasted five minutes. Mind you, that was the 1970s, and if the other kids didn't beat you to a pulp back then, the teachers certainly would. Our teachers were fearful bullies who hit us with canes, gutties, their fists, and loved launching wooden board rubbers at our heads. Curly Simon would be crying from 8am till 4pm. He seems to have an obsession with burying his face into everybody's midriff too, whether it be Nick, Leanne, or even Tracey. That kid needs to toughen up and stop being such a yellow chicken girlie wuss. If he was my kid, I'd take the belt to him. |

Tracey committed premeditated cold-blooded murder for which she did not serve a long enough prison sentence. She was also appalling to the lovely Claire, etc. ................ I didn't see Corrie this evening, I was watching the tennis |
