I can easily see Cameron first sleeping with Leela only to have Sam break them up, he has a one-night-stand with Sienna, and when Sam finds out that Leela is pregnant, she has him locked up on trumped up charges. Peri is raised as Leela's sister, Sienna is forced to give her baby up so Cameron has two kids. Peri and Nico are half-sisters through their father Cameron.

Sienna and Patrick had the conversation about "Sophie's" Father on January 23rd 2014 and the conversation in Anna's mansion where Will demanded that Patrick tell everyone what he did to Sienna aired November 7th 2013 just in case anyone else is interested.

Absolutely it qualifies as sick, but like you I was wondering what could realistically be in the box that Will - a murderer planing more murders - was sickened by.

I really hope Patrick isn't the father; he's dispicable enough as it is. I can buy him as a control freak and an abuser but not raping his own daughter.
what do you think of this theory someone suggested - Patrick raped sienna but she also slept with her boyfriend and so when she became pregnant Patrick told her it was her boyfriends and given that was young she didn't question it. this would explain why he had a vasectomy and why Sienna was speaking about her child's 'father' in the January episode.
however I really don't know whether or not Patrick would go so low as to rape his own daughter especially when I think Anna was still living with them.

I don't think Anna was living with them at that stage. Anna went back to Patrick when the twins were 7, and I think Patrick had her carted off to the institute fairly sharpish (which is why she never made it back to the Savages)

Maybe, but wasn't it revealed that in the box there were pictures of Nico/Sophie as a child? The sick thing he'd done could've been that he'd kept the fact that Sienna's daughter was alive from her. And the whole "we very close" line was probably because he was trying to explain that he did it to keep Sienna out of harms way.

that's what I originally thought but was watching a clip with Anna and Patrick and she said Patrick has had her in the institute for 15 years which would have made sienna around 13 when she left. Also in a conversation with Peri Sienna said "THEY thought I wasn't old enough to have a baby"

I really hope they don't make Patrick Nico's father. That would be so sick. Would be interesting if Cameron was also the father of Nico, but the way the writers are writing it, Cameron loved and still loves Leela.

I don't think it's necessary to even have Nico's father to become a permanent cast member, or even appear at all. Sienna can just tell Nick the truth, the storyline is more about Sienna and the relationship with her daughter right now, there's no need to go full speed ahead and have a new guy come in as a lather rinse repeat of Cameron.

Interesting. Perhaps she spent time on her own after being released from the institute? She had that mansion and had schemed her way in to Will's life as a carer so maybe she had been spending time recovering and plotting her return. Perhaps she was too ashamed or maybe still feeling unstable to go back and needed time to recover. Whatever the scenario, I hope it is cleared up when more is revealed about Patrick/Sienna.

He only met her again in the last two years, Anna took him away when he was young that's why he spent years believing Dirk was his dad.

Yes, I doubt it's Dodger. Patrick looks like he hates Nico's father more than anything so I doubt he'd be talking to Dodger at all. I think it would confuse audiences too much as well and how would Dodger not know?
Cameron is a possibility but I think him trying to bond with two children he's just discovered would be too big a story for Hollyoaks to deal with. They already killed Sam and Danny off because they couldn't deal with the repercussions of Peri's parentage.
I don't think they'd introduce a completely new character for the storyline as they'd already done that with Cameron. Potentially there could be a new character that Patrick has offed, and I think this would be the most obvious answer if they don't want to go down the incest route.
Most likely they are going to go down the route of Patrick murdering the boy, which leads to his exit. Apparently in Hollyoaks, you can get away with abusing your wife but not with murder.

surely if Dodger had met/seen/slept with Sienna before he would have recognised her when she first arrived in the village........

I think Leela was 13 when she got pregnant, so it has to be pretty close.
I already feel bad for Peri because she found out in short order that:
Her parents were her grandparents
Her sister is her mother
Her half-brother and sister is her uncle and aunt
Her nieces and nephew are her cousins
And she's dating the resident grim reaper which may or may not have had anything to do with her death. Lets not make me feel even WORSE for her because her mother and grandfather are lunatics.

I wouldn't put it past Hollyoaks!
I don't know whether they will make Patrick the father but either way, he clearly has an unhealthy attachment to her. He didn't even support her relationship with Darren- or really, her having any kind of relationship.

Haha this was what I thought when it was first revealed Peri wasn't Sam and Danny's - that Peri and Sophie had been born in the same hospital and switched. A few years down the line Sam and Danny discovered the switch but did not want to search for their actual daughter. With BK liking baby swaps, it made sense at the time
