It seems like to me she just let something slip about the power trip theme. The person in charge may have charge over the prize fund and able to reward people out of prize fund.

For some reason she thought the won 5k was coming out of the fund. Rylan was quick to jump and and correct her and Emma again tried to cover it over.

Isn't that because usually money given to non-winning housemates comes out of the prize fund?

•BB6 - Anthony only received half of the £100,000 due to Eugene winning the other half in a task.

•BB12 - Aaron only received just over half of the £100,000 due to the other half being shared out between the five remaining housemates in a task.

•BB13 - Luke only received half of the £100,000 due to Connor winning the other half in a task.

So maybe she just assumed that based on past series, the same would apply here. Rylan just said he didn't know and Emma just said that she didn't know. Hardly jumped straight on it lol.
