CS: Rob is soo annoying!!
Seriously cant stand Rob. His going around playing the over protective brother all of a sudden, blaming the murder on Peter. Carla is a suspect as well which must be stressful, yet his doesn't take blame and own up to what he has done. Cant help but feel sorry for Peter, I kno he has done wrong, but Michelle and Rob really need to back off!!

Agree totally Alicia. If he'd have owned up when Carla was first taken in by the police, none of the Peter and Rob confrontations would have taken place and maybe Carla wouldn't have had her miscarriage.

Peter has put Carla through hell and he has a lot to answer for but I don't know how Rob can say he's protecting his sister when he is the one watching her being blamed for something she hasn't done.

Rob's over zealous behaviour is born by the terrible guilt he's feeling, he needs somebody to take it out on and harmless old Peter is a sitting duck sadly.
Poor Peter, all he did was take a liking to women, hardly a crime - and so he likes the odd drop of sauce too, that wasn't illegal last time I looked. This unfortunate, thoroughly decent bloke has done nothing but bend over backwards for Carla - he kindly let her move into his flat - he sent his son to live elsewhere because her cooking was so bad there was a real chance she'd actually poison him - he even went to the factory to bail her out there. Was she grateful? Nope, she repaid him by viciously boxing his ears the minute he came home after a few well-earned shandies and a wee jig to Thin Lizzy on the jukey. Poor bugger. Then she sets her livid Rottweiler Michelle on him, all glary-eyed, foaming at the mouth, complete with real arm-foldy menace. Indeed the Rottweiler was so out of control last night, I thought her eyes were actually going to leap out of her head at one point and savagely rip Peter's throat out. Poor sod. Peter's the only victim in all this I'm afraid, and only kindly Deirdre can see it. |

I just hope they bring in another fit swarthy Romany gypsy to fulfil their Diversity Quota.

A serious soap forum like this is not the place for larking around and acting the goat. I come on here to offer up my frank and honest soap opinions, not to be led up the garden path about Rob losing both his arms and both his legs, and the residents nicknaming him "Bob." |

I do Kitty, extremely frustrating mate - I don't mind a laugh and a joke as much as the next person, but there's a time and a place for it.

Guess he'll resemble one with no arms or legs! I do agree, some larikins just take their jokes too far for sensible posters like us. |

I suspect the storyline will end with Carla facing jail and Rob confessing to protect her. It would bring the two prongs of his story together - protectiveness of Carla and murdering Tina.
