There's clearly a lot less interest in BB than there used to be. Even you're saying "nobody expects
anything like the viewing figures to be like they were years ago".
The number watching pretty much always goes down after the launch, even though word of mouth, media coverage of the launch, tweets, and so on, ensure that more people know it's on.
The people at C5 are in a much better position than we are when it comes to assessing whether more money spent on advertising would increase the audience enough to be worth the money; and they've decided not to spend more on advertising.
