The Power has returned to the House.

This time Christopher and Ash have been given the most powerful commodity in the world: knowledge.

They have to think of two killer questions that they want Big Brother to ask the other housemates on their behalf in the Diary Room.

As the old saying goes: knowledge is power.

The Power has returned to the Big Brother 2014 house for this final week.

Earlier today, Big Brother announced: “This is Big Brother, housemates, the Power is back and this itme it’s double trouble. Two of you will have the power, Big Brother can now reveal the Power pair is Christopher and Ash.”

Christopher and Ash will be called to the Diary Room and then taken to the control room. In the Control Room they will be told that the Power has returned to the Big Brother House and they will have a big decision to make later today.

As part of their Power, they get to take over the Diary Room and give Big Brother two killer questions that they want Big Brother to put to each of their fellow Housemates.

Later, Ash and Christopher will become psychiatrists and get to interview each of the Housemates one by one in the Small Task Room which has become a shrink’s office.

The Housemates have to lay on a sofa while the pair give them questions like “What has been the hardest thing in Big Brother?” “What would you do differently?” “Who did you get on with who you didn’t think you would?” etc.

They will also do word association with each of their Housemates pictures and be shown Rorschach drawings which they have to interpret and head shots of the Housemates.

Wonder what the big decision will be? Maybe chose someone to give the 15k they won last week?

Yeah it could be. Have no idea who they'd choose if that was the decision. Let's hope it's not picking people for a party, that didn't go well for Christopher last time

I am sorry but I was beginning to soften with Ashleigh but then she nominated Christopher and I really cannot get my head around that I really can't when she had the likes of Winston, Ash and Mark to choose from. So for her to be saying what she's saying now seems even more strange!

Yay! I really hoped Christopher would chum up with Pav again. I must admit I did like the sillies they did together. It's just a nice change from what can be at times a really depressing house! I actually don't mind Pav, I know he had a bitch with Helen and Ash but he does seem to keep his thinking quite reasoned, it doesn't seem to come from the nasty bone.

I hope having the power together gives a new understanding of Christopher to Ash. They hardly hate each other. I think Ash just doesn't 'get' him. I thought when he explained his nomination to him last week it did seem sincere. Having said that they're never going to be mates outside and I'll never really like Ash but I do hope he comes out of today having a new found respect for Christopher.

We're getting really, really close to crowning a winner of Big Brother 2014, so what better time to quiz previous winners on who they'd like to see walk away with the prize? We sat down with 2012's winner, Luke A, to see what he makes of this year's housemates...

What do you think it takes to win Big Brother?

It takes a genuine person to win Big Brother. The audience like to see people full of character but the winner will always be a genuine person. They might be boring, but still genuine!

Can you see any similarities between this year's series and yours?

Plenty! Obviously in our series there was a divide in the House, a very strong divide quite early on. And in this series there is a clear divide too, you've got the cool kids and the geeks, and in our series it was the outsiders and the insiders.

For that reason I really feel for Ashleigh, Christopher and Chris, I know it's been tough for them but they've hung on to the end and I think it's going to pay off for them.

Who do you want to win?

Christopher's my winner. I just think he's a nice guy; very articulate, very clever. He sticks up for what's right even if it's to his detriment.

Is there anyone you don't want to win?

It'd be too easy to say Helen, so I'll say Ash, because I saw him say the other day that he deserved to be there, and there was a lot of self-gratification going on, and I don't like that.

Have you seen the article in Daily Star about Helen planning to bed another footballer? It was based on what Winston told them. He will not be very popular with Helen's friends but it may help Christopher if people believe it.
