On 8th June 1974, the last episode of Planet of the Spiders aired, with Tom Baker making his first appearance at the end of the episode.

also this November will be the 1 year anniversary of TB as the Curator of the Gallery (Personally i still say and will always that he was a future doctor but that's a discussion for another Thread )

My earliest Doctor Who memory, although I think it was the start of Robot rather than the end of POTS. Not sure, it was quite a while back.

Tom Baker is THE doctor for me. I think my earliest memory of TB was the android invasion, ( i was 3 about to turn 4) & of me being terrified when the faces fell off to reveal android faces. I met him soon after when my dad took me to a book signing. He was dressed in all his attire & i remember him smiling at me in that unique TB smile. A memory i will never forget.
