I'm fuming that BB made them do that, but I think it will work in Chris' favour. If they keep pushing it, more and more are going to flip flop back on his side and feel sorry for Chris at BB pushing it so far.

Jawdroppingly crass even by BB's standards. Poor Chris and Ashleigh, how humiliating!
Thankfully the backlash I've seen online has almost entirely been in Chris' favour. I have a funny feeling that task won't be shown on the highlights and they'll just show the second version. The acid test will be whether they mention it on BOTS (for anyone still watching that tripe). They really should give an apology to all of us offended but I won't hold my breath. |

Im a ashleigh fan and feel sorry for both of them. Are they trying to split up their friendship, glad ashleigh has stood by chris through all this.

This might sound ridiculous, but I'm actually in tears here. Why oh why are they doing this to him and Ashleigh. I just fail to understand. I think if Chris knew what they were making him look from the outside he would walk and I wouldn't blame him.
To be honest I'm also annoyed at Christopher, because you could hear him in the background egging Chris on. He's gone down in my estimation. I've not seen Helens vid yet but the others were nothing in comparison.last week with the mob on bots i cried , same on Friday. i was shaking after he was saved for them to just take it all away. his supporters & his friends even some chris dislikers are shocked & disgusted by it i hope they get many complaints. even though she is 18 the use of the word grooming coupled with the tag i would go as far as to say they are likening him to the p word & it isn't pervert either. |

Be it noted that both website and Youtube versions of "the" video have now been removed:

Thanks. Interesting that they've been removed. (Could it be that BB realised they'd gone too far?)
Anyway, do you (or anyone) remember what was different between the two versions? I think what ValW is referring to is that it's been reported - and I'm not sure where - that Ashleigh and Chris were subsequently given a second task together. (If there's already a vid of this second task I'm not aware of it.) The suggestion being that this new task will replace the "grooming" on the HLs. But it all remains to be seen. EDIT: *SPOILER* Tellymix Day 60 HLs recap answers the "will it be shown" question: http://tellymix.co.uk/reality-tv/big...ighlights.html

Yes they were given a second task where they got wet and marked their territory. I thought it was just so they could not bother showing the grooming task but it seems they're going to show both.
I'm not surprised BB have removed the grooming video - too much incriminating evidence! However it's been copied onto Daily Motion and also one of Team Chris has downloaded a copy for safe keeping so they can't totally wipe it from history.

Again, I could be wrong but I've got a notion that the "splashing" task (which I now remember) got posted about before the "grooming" video. Hard to check now the latter has been removed.Quote:

The original is 3mins 7secs long so folks may (or may not) like to take a stopwatch to tonight's HLs.

As always, it's tough out there defending Chris & Ashleigh (& Christopher). I wouldn't expect anything less, lol. |

Re: HLs
Well, that wasn't too bad, I suppose. Made it seem like just a bit of fun, I think.... Though they still used "groom", heh. Hopefully, there won't be too much of a bad reaction or backlash. *gulp* yhtrownu probably summed it up best http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showt...8#post74078938 |

I am a fan of Christopher (sorry did support Chris in early weeks) but I hope you don't mind me popping in to say what they have made Chris do was pathetic, demeaning and the lowest thing I have ever seen, I am disgusted to be honest. But maybe you should look at the positives of what happened as it annoyed me so much that I actually like Chris more now as it was such a bad thing to make him do and I felt really bad for him. I think lots of others will feel the way I do as well. Good luck for the noms guys but if spoilers are true he will be fine. x |

As far as I'm concerned Chris isn't totally safe until the phone lines are up.
Isn't there a money twist this week? This is why I'm keeping my guard up because the typical replacement for public spot is likely to happen again. |

i think the twist is one can run with the money.
dont think it will put chris up just save one of those up obviously think we can relax - after last week we deserve a break. And chris deserves a final place moreso than anyone in there i feel., |

It's really annoying when we can't even celebrate nominations results because we know there's going to be some stupid twist that will ruin it.

Noms results vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m6HH...1ZVvfpyJIloNrw BB says "and these 4 housemates will face the public vote", so maybe there's not going to be any noms twist.... Quote:

I really hope they don't do a "save and replace"......if they do that Chris could be at risk I won't breath easily until the vote lines are open!
