Interesting, I did have suspicions Masood might be the killer, knowing his recent 'violent streaks' e.g drinking alcohol, stealing money, punching Tamwar- he stared at Lucy when she fell over in the square after she had an argument with someone I can't remember and he plainly frowned and ignored her due to her being the 'centre of attention' for Jane. That would be the only plausible motive for him wanting to kill her. Maybe he lashed out at her when he might have out drinking that night? Although I bet he isn't the killer.

Sticking with my original picks for now (Cindy, Ronnie, Jane.) It would be upsetting to have her revealed as the killer after having a healthy baby. I've never seen EE giving her a baby and allowing her to raise it on screen.
