What colour icing is the best to use for ice, as in a "Frozen" cake ?
Renshaws do 'Baby Blue' icing. Is this the best to use ?

I'm not sure myself Andy but my brother & my daughter swear by the gels.

I know - his handwriting is cr*p on paper - he gob smacked us all!

i peronally think the paler the blue the more chilly the cake looks, i think baby blue would be ok.if you think its not right knead some white fondant into it
