iPhone 5s - SIM card and Settings question
Hi.
I am currently on Vodafone using a sim-free iPhone 5s and just wondered if I put an EE sim in it for a few days while on holiday will it damage the Vodafone network and settings. I have got a contract with Vodafone so don't want to break it but where I'm going the 3G signal is non existent but EE offer 4G which is a lot better. Thanks |

No, I sim swap on a regular basis, no problem at all.

When I used to do that I think I had to delete the "Vodafone Contract Network Profile" on an iPhone 5 to get Internet to work with other SIMs - it was quite easy to reinstate when the Vodafone SIM was re-inserted.
You have not seen this issue????? I have used contract sims on Orange, T-Mobile, EE and Three, and PAYG sims on Voda and O2 (and a number of assorted MVNO sims). |

I've not seen this profile on my company vodafone sim, or a friends contract vodafone 5s.
