Easily the best side we've seen at Leicester this season.

Stepped it up in the second half like champions do.

I think we may well get a few gerrard songs at that game, wishing him well!

This season isn't over and we haven't won the league yet, but..

Ins and outs for next season?

Transfers out:

Cech. He's still one of the best but I doubt he will want to sit on the bench again. Should still net £10 million and worth every penny.

Mikel. £8 / 9 million. Best days behind him now and will get few first team chances now.

Luis. I like him, but will he want to stay on the bench? £13 million or so.

Oscar? He's been playing better recently, although the club might still sell for an offer of around £35 million +.

Drogba. Could stay on as an emergency 4th striker, and / or will probably join the coaching staff.

In?

A big, strong centre forward for options. Benteke? For me he doesn't have quite enough pace or skill for the style of play the club is aiming for.

Raheem Sterling? His off the field antics weren't that bad and he would calm down at a bigger club. £40 million + add ons. It would take some pressure off Hazard and he offers more going forward than Willian on the whole.

A top class central defender in the mould of Verane, although I doubt Real would let him go.

Apart from that, we've got Zouma (brilliant prospect) and a few youth players coming through. Bamford, Loftus Cheek, Brown, Solanke etc.

Tip top, your posts remind me of someone but I can put my finger on it!

We paid a lot more for luis and he is a great player, why sell him for less?

Oscar is worth much more

Willian is told not to go forward, he is a much much better player than sterling.

I can't see you getting more than 35 million for Oscar unless PSG have got some money burning a hole in their pockets.

Don't they always?

Buying David Luiz effectively meant that Angel Di Maria was a no go because of FFP. I imagine they will be more cautious next time around.

Willian is told not to go forward.
It might solve some of our shortcomings if he did go forward and our right back didn't.

Alexandre Lacazette on the way in? Ideal competition for Costa as long as he stays injury free for most of the season. Remy plus £15 million?

If Cuadrado was worth £27m, Oscar must be worth £55m+. But we would be crazy to sell anyway.
As for Sterling..no way. He's vastly over-rated, even Liverpool fans aren't particularly worried whether he stays or goes. As one of their posters said, they're just hoping to find someone mug enough to pay an inflated price. He would just be another SWP..flashes of brilliance, but inconsistent.

Agreed, he would be a big waste of money…. we've already got better players in his position.

Decent enough player but if his passport said anything other then English would not be talked about nearly as much. Not so bothered by what he does off the pitch that's just nonsense to fill newspapers as the media are too lazy to actually report real news but am bothered by what he does on the pitch, lacks the mental strength needed to be in one of the top clubs in the league.

While he might (and its questionable) offer more going forward then Willian he doesn't offer anywhere the level Willian that offers to across the entire pitch. He might offer more in one role but not enough in the other (and just as important) roles.

Good player, but he's not really someone to lead the line, is he ? He's only 5ft 9, Remy is 6ft 1. Remy has a similar scoring record, actually it was better during his years playing in France. Lacazette has youth on his side being four years younger, otherwise I can't see much advantage. If we want that "type" of player, I think we should pay the extra and go for Griezmann..check out his videos.

RB. You used to be a respected voice (), but come on. 'Ramires is finished, substitute Drogba', just before he scores a crucial goal, 'Zouma isn't ready yet!' etc, etc. Your stock when it comes to intelligent opinions has gone down my friend.

Yes, they scored, good for them. Doesn't change the fact that both players have been utter shite for a few seasons now. They both need to go regardless of what they do in our remaining matches.

I know, I'm going through a bad patch. But hopefully, by following more intelligent posters like Dixon and yourself, I'll soon be back on form.

Rather it was a masterclass on how to get 3 points.

We can put on shows when the business part of the season is done

It will be interesting to see how Caudrado performs, we haven't seen much of him yet.
I'm disappointed Remy is not playing, but the last time I criticised the selection of Drogba he scored, so let's hope it happens again.
Come on, let's win it by beating Palace. Then we can settle down and laugh at Arsenal later.

A kick out by a palace player at Ivan, should have been a red - missed by the ref.
