I think his role at the club should be looked at.
For a club with our ambitions and our current level his CV seems very weak and his job performance (from the outside perspective) seems patchy at best but saying would anyone with a better CV do the job when really at the end of the day there seems to be very little actual way of measuring success or not other then Roman's thoughts on the matter? Very hard to attract a high level candidate when there are really no set objectives.
Is it better to have a decent person in the role who accepts those conditions or have one of the very best but who cannot do a job due to the way the company is run?
Its why we need someone from outside to come in and look at everything. I thought we missed a trick when we had Peter Kenyoun around, Not his biggest fan but he knew what needed to be done to run a big club.
