Don't worry too much about Oscar, to cash in on him would be a huge mistake. He is still super young, basically carries the Brazil national team, and hasn't has a summer off in years.
He is just burnt out. He could be one of the top 5 players in the world in a couple of seasons. I would like to put all of our transfer kitty into Pogba, and push cesc forward. A matic Pogba midfield infront of Luis terry Cahill and azpi |

Looks like Oscar is the new Luiz for me - every time other people talk about him it makes me want to stick my head through a wall.

She you have a great player, keep hold of them. What you buy with the money raised isn't always better.
Look at cudrado and schurle. Oscar is burnt out. Overplayed by us and Brazil at such a young age. Give him another season. With a Pogba style player with matic, cesc and Oscar can vie for that pivot role. |

He's injured too much, and I'd bring back Mata who stays injury free for the most part, doesn't drift in and out of games as much, and whose corners, free kicks, goals and distribution are in a different class. Having said that, I'd keep Fabregas and let the two battle it out. It's rumoured that Adebayor is a poss' replacement for Drogba. I'd go with that and bring Bamford back. Who knows; a future Harry Kane if he's given a real chance. Come on the Chels'! |

You obviously watch and study the games, however it is no co-incidence that cahills apparent loss of form, correlates perfectly with the gun-ho nature of Ivanovic pushing right the way up the pitch.
Teams have learned this and will now exploit the huge gap left by Ivans absence. As Cahill plays on the right side, it leaves him hopelessly exposed. Tiptop, can you explain why this is cahills fault? |

Oscar is a massive piece of plasticine.
We have to start developing players not just the youngsters coming up but players in the first team. Oscar with the right coaching can be a great player. He has all the tools needed just needs to be coached in the right way. If you had given him to a SAF or a Wenger in their prime they would have turned him into a great little player. We have not really done that over the last 10 years to a big enough extent. Yes we need to stay competitive but we should be able to do both in a average league. £35m? in today's over inflated market we should be working towards selling him for 50m we develop players like that and we wont need to dip into Romans pocket nearly as much |

Tip top is bringing mata back, and saying adebater would be good for Chelsea.
I'm sorry, but adebayor playing for us would be the biggest disaster and make us a laughing stock. |

We are also apparently llinked with Ross Barkley and prepared to offer £50m.
Jesus, that would make Pogba a bargain at £70m ! Adebayor ? I only have one answer to that..why ? It's a good job we don't have to take all this seriously, journalists filling up a few column inches that's all it is. |

A busted flush at 21 !!
No he's just had a poor season, it happens. Potentially a great player though I doubt he will head South to Chelsea. |

Who would pay the 50m asking price?
They are probably daft enough to pay big bucks for a player rather than buy a few decent players for areas in the team where they are lacking. Well city anyway! |

Transfers?
http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/gossip/
A few media sources have Oscar leaving and Pogba or Koke coming in. The midfield definitely needs a shake up imo, and Oscar should go. Also talk of Sterling coming in. He says he wants trophies and Chelsea would give him that. If the club did get him, it would take a bid approaching a bid for Bale having said that. Both players are world class attackers who would give that extra dimension. |

Would rather if we was going to waste a massive amount of money we did it on Mata then Sterling.
Decent enough player (but by chance he was born in England so is now fantastic) but don't like his attitude on or off the pitch. Has showed signs of potential but needs to stay at a upper mid table team like Liverpool for another 3 seasons before he can even think about playing for a team with our objectives. When players say they want to win things they really saying "I want double what you just offered me" It would be a return to our old transfer ways where we just bought someone because they was the flavour of the month |

He's intelligent both on and off the pitch and a thoroughly decent bloke. Just hope LVG sees what Utd fans see. |
