Its not actually. I live in Scotland and its simply too expensive to travel down. Trains are out the question, I dont drive and dont fancy sitting on the Megabus for over six hours.
And thats before factoring in hotels/hostels, food ect.

It would have been nice to bring it to Glasgow since Peter Capaldi is a local.

Made it into the phone queue, which is a start, considering it took half an hour to get that far. Website crashed apparently.

After the most stressful two hours, I was able to book two tickets right at the very end.

This is the day...

Who thought selling them on a Monday morning was a good idea? Good thing I didn't want to go, I was in a meeting during the only time they were sold (people showing their ignorance of Einstein's general relativity and using his ideas to express very simple ideas in the most complicated way possible)I don't know why they can't sell them at weekends.

It is I know because I have travelled between Scotland and London by train many times in my past. Also the large number people who travel between Scotland and London at least once in a year by train also proves my point. Just because you find it expensive doesn't mean it is not easy to get to. London is easy to get to from Glasgow there are two mainlines connecting it the East Coast Mainline and the West Coast Mainline.

In terms of the cost If you book the day before travelling it could cost around £140 if you plan the journey in advance it is going to be less than that. Also I found buying tickets in stages reduces the costs as well.

The World Tour is at an end.

A resounding success by all accounts.

Rio Q&A & Thanks

Q&A is worth it just for Peter's answer (& Moffat's response) for favorite villains
