I have a Samsung GT-19300. Recently all dialled calls have been going straight to voicemail without ringing. I have checked the phone is not in flight mode, have rebooted the phone, including removing and replacing battery but as yet nothing works. I can ring out, send and receive text messages with no problems. Although I did notice last evening it does not go straight to voicemail when it rang whilst driving connected to Bluetooth.

I would be grateful for help in this matter. For I have no idea how to solve this.

Try checking in call settings that divert is not enabled.

Should be an option to cancel all diverts

Signal level ? turn voicemail off and what happens

Have you rang your number from another phone to see if a message is heard by the caller ?

All call diverts are off yet still goes straight to voice mail. Have rung from another phone and the voicemail message is heard by the caller. However, I am unable to retrieve these messages.

Thanks
