So looks like it'll be between Mexico and Croatia for the second place. Mexico look tidy here against a poor side but I think Croatia will have too much quality.

Why? Is it a World Cup that represents the world or a good teams for TV cup? How will these teams improve without being involved? How will football grow in these countries if they can't be involved? Lots of these team have a base of solid Premier League players and others in top European leagues. They are getting better and better.
