Italian defence looks sluggish.

Very good early tempo from both teams.

Not bad from Welbeck. He had ages to cue up the ball there.

Phil Neville is seriously sucking the life out of this game with his dull monotone voice.
"Is that Phil Neville? We need someone to make Mark Lawrenson look good..."

Certainly giving Clarke Carlisle a run for his money in the dullard commentator stakes.

Letting Italy have too much of the ball at the moment. Standing too far off.

It was hardly blatant, his arm was kept tight to his body! It was more kicked at his arm if anything!
Noted on the replay Starry. Sod pots

Our defence looks sloppy, there's is tight though. I can see our conceding a goal eventually if that doesn't improve

Unlucky Sturridge! Good pass from Welbeck. Loving our positivity so far.

I don't think anyone can make Mark Lawrenson look good to be honest.

Why did Johnson take a shot from there? Keep the ball and play it into the box.

It must have been Hodgson's tactics. Quite a few shots have went in.

Change your commentary to 5 Live. It's much better.
