Thank god Santos is leaving and Ranieri is coming in as manager. I can't stand watching 3 defensive midfielders in every match (me and the rest of the world I suspect)

How do you think country will generally do this World Cup, seems a fairly open group,

Would take these two to get through

Overegging the flair, should've just taken the shot on.

9 points would be nice but I suspect 1 will be more likely.

Greece would be more than 1-0 down against a team that doesn't faff about so much.

That goal celebration reminds me of those African tribal dances you see on National Geographic films.

Interesting choice of pundits by the BBC.

It helped that Colombia scored; otherwise Greece would have gone more and more into their shells.

Colombia not done much since they scored. They're comfortable at the back and don't have to, but I don't think it's been as good for the game as was being made out. It's been mainly Greece not really looking know what to do against the Colombia defence with Colombia not showing much desire to attack.

Greece are spoilers, Columbia while having some tricky skills are not good enough to rip them apart.
England would do the same to these if they get through as they did in 98.

Samaras messed that dive up, would have been stupid claiming a penalty then.

Samaras showing some sportsmanship. At least he admitted it.

Noticed a few teams playing in yellow - all performed somewhat better than we did at Watford.

Nasty challenge, but like the Brazilians, good at making the most of it.

More like he knew he'd messed up his dive and made it too obvious so he decided to try and avoid the booking he would have been given by 'owning up to it'.
