I use basics soya milk and Vitalite spread, you get used to the less creamy taste.
Soya/nut yoghurt and cream are available in bigger supermarkets, or there's a fair bit available online too.
You need to check things like bread, ready meals even some pasta as they can have milk/milk by-products in. Lactose is used quite widely in lots of products.
Tesco has a good Free From range and their hard chedder is good I think. Holland and Barrett is also good for dairy free things such as cheese, spreads, sauces.
You have to watch out for lots of things that contain dairy you would not expect too such as frozen foods like some chips.

i agree..H&B are great for diary free products..Also Tesco their free from range is good..im always down that isle lol..I love their creme caramel yogerts ( well the alternate ones )..i also stick with soya milk as i find that doesn't curdle in coffee, as some curdles and not nice haha
So I bought coconut and almond milk, put some coconut milk in my tea and OMG it's lovely I'm so pleased. Just had my chicken salad, with some water (that is difficult for me). I've got plenty of salmon, eggs, chicken and salad and fruit, water gluten free snacks, and veggies to snack on too. It's a huge mindset change for food, but I'm willing to try it. Also ordered some Primrose Oil capsules as well as Bio D drops daily
Well I've been on this diet for nearly a week and it's been difficult, but I'm getting there. Sadly hungry all the time but it's seems so much like hard work. I've for gluten and wheat free grocery, I'm quite liking the coconut milk and almond milk, eating copious amounts of chicken and eggs and salad. Today I made a shepherds pie with red mince, fish, carrots, mushrooms and mashed swede and free from gravy mix. Quite looking forward to that. Most days it's been salad with either chicken or tuna or salmon but my god it's boring lol

Really don't know why you are hungry - you have cut out dairy but seem to be eating other food groups.
There are gluten and wheat free foods available in shops like Asda (think that is what you are saying as the sentence was incomplete) pasta - gluten free bread etc.
I have Crohn's and I am virtually dairy free and vegetarian and don't have a boring diet.
Have a look on the net - there is lots of info and diet plans for all sorts of "free from" diets.
