It's the subtle things she says to her victims, like "everyone has noticed, said, heard"

I loved Jale calling her out on speaking for everyone else. Basically keep this just about you and me, if anyone else has problem with me or I with them, we will sort it out.

So it's a fake eviction this week and Pauline gets to live in a secret room and knows Chris voted, then watches all of them for a week she then goes back into the house and starts speaking and Jale uppercuts her.
That talk she was having with Christopher was basically her just telling him how worthless he is and how he deserves to feel isolated from the rest of the house.

I hate the way she always says "other people have noticed" as if she is just the messenger and it's everybody else who actually has problems with the behaviour of her chosen target
She fails to add that 'other people' only noticed after she brought their attention to it in the first place
