She tells people if you have a problem all you have to do is say Pauline, I want to tell you this problem I have. but that's a lie. she won't allow anyone to approach her and tell her about this problem.

and then while she's got somebody she'll tell them to sit down. and then she puts them in this crazy trance where she tells them they're horrible people and that everyone in the house has noticed that they are this nasty horrible person.

and then she says if you want to. you can go and top yourself in the bedroom now.
