As part of my YouTube series Doctor Who Through the Ages, I have been asked to create "Time Lords Through The Ages" as the next video.

Now, as anybody knows, there have been a huge number of Time Lord characters in the series, and I want to include all the notable charcters whose name we know.

Please tell me if I've missed anyone notable out, and the year/ story in which they appeared, I'd really appreciate the help

"Castellan" is a title (like "General") - therefore you might wish to consider listing the different individuals who have held that position, such as Spandrell and Kelner?

1969 - the Time Lords who exile the 2nd Doctor and change his appearance into the third Doctor at the end of The War Games.

1983 - Damon (OK, you could argue that he's a technician, not automatically a Timelord)...

It does beg the question: What would you consider a Timelord? It's not definitive canon, but I remember reading that all Timelords spend some time as a technician (in The Infinity Doctors).

You may not want to count some of these as they're known by titles and not names...
The Deadly Assassin: Castellan Spandrell, Co-Ordinator Engin, Commentator Runcible, Commander Hildred (if you count Chancellery Guards as Time Lords)

The Invasion of Time: Lord Gomer, Lord Savar, Lady Rodan, Commander Andred

Arc of Infinity: Chancellor Thalia, Councillor Hedin, Cardinal Zorac

Trial of a Time Lord: The Keeper of the Matrix

The End of Time: The Chancellor, the Partisan, the Visionary

Day of the Doctor: The General, Androgar

This is where our lack of knowledge about which Gallifreyans were time lords and which weren't doesn't help

There was also the Keeper of the Matrix played by James Bree. He appeared in the 1986 Trial of a Time Lord season.

Plus, we saw the child version of the Master in The Sound of Drums in 2007.

As I forgot to mention in my last post, you'll need to include River Song, as she is someone who has got Time Lord traits. She can regenerate. Don't know if she has two hearts though. Most likely not.

Also The Meta-Crisis Doctor too, from Journey's End in 2008.

Edit- Jenny too! The Doctor's Daughter, 2008. She can regenerate and has got two hearts.

They'll get honourable mentions as part-time lords (along with the DoctorDonna).
Essentially any Time Lord with something interesting going for them will be included, thus I will include Andred because of the dubious love story he had going with Leela

Ace...didn't she go off to Gallifrey to attend the academy?

That was the intention, but Sarah Jane Adventures suggests she stayed on Earth and started the charity, A Charitable Earth (A.C.E)

They never said anything about that on TV, so as far as I'm concerned it never happened. I go with the SJA version.
