Well, if you're going to lose a game, you might as well lose to a goal like that.

1-0 seemed harsh on Bosnia, now, not so much. They've still done well here.

Bosnia's central midfielders have done very well.

If Ibrahimovic was playing for Bosnia tonight, they might have been able to break through the Argentinian defence.
the most pointless comment of the day award winner

Argentina's been on cruise control most of the match. Aguero under-performing, but all the pressure is on Messi understandably.

Are Argentina going to run away with the world cup like everyone is predicting? Surely its theirs to lose, with the way the media are raving about Messi/Argentina, its seems like Argentina are everyone's second side.

Though I did see a sign saying "Las Malvinas son...." couldn't see the rest of it. Everyone loves Argentina though in this WC.

Bosnia's final ball still really poor.

If they can sort that out for the Iran and Nigeria matches they should go through with Argentina fairly comfortably.

Weren't people saying the same thing about Argentina in 2006 though?

I know it's a cliché but it's still true that the World Cup isn't necessarily won by the best team but the team which peaks at the business end of the tournament.

Why? It was said pre-match that Ibrahimovic is Bosnian-born, so I think it's relevant to wonder how good a Ibrahimovic-Dzeko partnership would be.

Thank for the award anyway ********.

Weren't you predicting France to win it earlier on?

No I said they might win it. Argentina are rightly the favs though, heavy favs perhaps given Spains decline, their support is as good as Brazil's here at this WC too.

I really hope a European country wins it, I've never been able to get behind the South American teams. Considering that a European team has never won the World Cup in South America that would be great.

Argentina need to wake up or Bosnia will create more good chances.
