Mmmmm eggs. One of my favourite foods.
I love them scrambled on buttered toast, fried on a full English or my very favourite way - boiled with buttered soldiers and flakey Maldon sea salt. |

Fried, with a side of sausages, bacon, hash browns, mushrooms, beans, toast, black pudding and tea. Sod the kiss, where's the ketchup?!

Microwaved in my little oval dish & put into seeded bread with ketchup. Salt & black pepper - no butter or spread.

I like them fried best. Over easy, yolk still runny, served on a piece of toast with some ham and cheese. Scrambled is good too, with a little green pepper, mushroom, tomato and spring onion thrown in.

Generally I'm not a big fans of eggs and could easily live without them but I was on holiday recently and had some fantastic Eggs Benedict every morning washed down with a bloody mary.

Poached with bread and butter.
Healthier than other methods (frying); more filling than other methods (scrambled); and less effort to make (than boiling). |

I'd rather have a pastry. Not a great fan of eggs.

In this order. Poached, scrambled (added grated cheese and a little mustard), boiled (either in an egg cup or mashed in a big cup), fried, turned over with still soft yoke. Although honestly I love eggs so much, any way is fine with me.

Eggs Benedict is my favourite way to eat eggs, but a simple poached egg on a toasted muffin is lovely too.

Fried soft and yummylicious on toast
best with some pepper ~ tomatoes and sizzled onions all on a bed of houmous adding some cheese and salad cream is even better
