Typical German penalty.

I must be spoiled after Honduras last night, but that didn't look particularly penaltyish
Heh no I agree, they both seemed to be leaning on each other, but hey nobody else seems to think so so I guess we are wrong.

I like that there's been some tough tackles in this tournament that referees haven't given a foul for because they got the ball. I've noticed a trend of giving frees for hard tackles even if they were well timed in European football recently.

Ronaldo aside, the Portugal team is ordinary as expected.

Disappointingly large number of empty seats in the Fonte Nova Arena for such a big game.

Great curve on that corner, and good finish.

Radio commentary just came of with a classic line.

"They may have the best player In the world but he plays along side 10 ordinary players"

Haha made me laugh

Fantastic header. The Germans well and truly in to their stride.

I honestly do think Portugal have their work cut out to progress from this group.

If Ronnie scores a penalty in the 95th minute to make it 1-5 today would he still rip his shirt off and give it the big 'I am'?

Germany looking like they have the pace and power to go with their skill. They have the ingredients required to go all the way in this tournament. Ronaldo has barely touched the ball but his service has been poor. Portugal aren't great and seem too desperate to force the ball to Ronaldo.
