I never liked football before this WC, then happen to watch a game and I fell in love with football!!
Never forget Platt's goal against Belgium in the dying moments...England slowly building confidence - Was heartbroken when we got knocked out on penalties against the then West Germany.
That WC had everything - Drama, Roger Milla and his dancing Cameroons, Roberto Baggio and his mullet-ponytail, John Barnes and his dodgy rap...
...Then there was Terry Butcher and his bloodied bandaged head, Stuart Pearce's thunder thighs, Waddle, Parker, Walker, Beardsley, Gazza...
