I think they'd prioritise the games based on what's at stake. Spain vs Australia is arguably the more marketable tie of the last day in that group but they've bumped that to ITV4.

One on the TV and one on the ipad/laptop is the way to go as usual isn't it?

Only problem is the iPad version is on a slight delay, meaning you would know a goal has been scored before you see it on the iPad.

Will ITV do the right thing and put it on the main channel or will they go for Brazil anyway?
To be fair, the BBC have at least as big a Brazil hard-on as ITV. They have shown Brazil dead rubbers when there was a more critical game going on elsewhere in the group, e.g. in 2006. It affects all British media.

Match fixings claims to be investigated in this match

'We wish to inform the general public that, though not yet contacted by FIFA in regards to this affair, our administration has already instructed its Ethics Committee to further investigate these accusations.
'We are strongly committed to employ all means necessary to resolve this disruptive matter with the shortest delay,' FECAFOOT's interim president Joseph Owona said.

The allegations against Cameroon came from convicted fraudster Wilson Raj Perumal, who had accurately forecast the result and the fact a player would be sent off in a discussion with German magazine Der Spiegel.

Cameroon midfielder Alex Song was sent off before half-time for a needless elbow in the back of Croatia's Mario Mandzukic near the halfway line, leaving his side to battle with 10 men for the majority of the game.

It didn't seem like it at the time, but now that these allegations have been made it could quite conceivably have been fixed.

I remarked on this during the match about being suspicious regarding the Song sending off. This only reinforces my view. A bizarre red card offence.

Looking at the goals again they do look a bit dodgy in light of the allegations,

The second goal the goalkeeper leaves him an opening to shoot at

and the 3rd goal they all seem to leave the Croatian striker to have a free header

and the 4th the goalkeeper and defence lay it on a plate for the attacker.

Didn't see that this was being discussed here, I'll request my thread is locked.

At least both these teams exited in the group stage I guess, still would be shameful if true.

Whenever these things come up, my general feeling is that the team were just so ridiculously shit it looked as though it was suspicious. That's more hope than anything, as match fixing is all kinds of low.
