Radio 1 Red Button Commentry
For those complaining about Pearce, Neville, et al, some of the big games seem to have this option on the red button.
I tried it for five minutes during Brazil vs Mexico. Basically heard Edith Bowman cheering for Scotland, Scott Mills saying they aint in the World Cup, them singing Neymars name when he was taking a corner, and "hilariously" calling Luiz "side show bob" and wondering whether this original thought would make it big in twitter...oh and they were referring to twitter a lot... I am not a judgemental person, I am not saying it was mindless, childish, stupefying drivel, just that there is this option... |

I think it's great that people who are not year-round football fans have this option to get involved with it all. I would never, in a million years, listen to it out of choice though!

I tried it out of curiosity in the Brazil game last night.
It was certainly alternative and I have to say it was sort of amusing for a bit, but started to get tedious after a while. |
