Anti football wins.

Even if they won they would probably still need a victory in the last game, so a point changes little still needing to win last game

Thank goodness these 2 will not be progressing.

Hopefully Colombia and Ivory Coast smash them both.

Greece get the point they played for arguably since the first whistle - but particularly since the red card, from which point they just pulled virtually everyone back into their own defensive third and killed the game with constant timewasting and gamesmanship.

Japan just weren't good enough to break them down ultimately, even with a man advantage for more than an entire half.

I still maintain that both of these teams will end up going out, though, so we'll only have to endure Greece's anti-football for just one more match.

Worth reiterating that that was the worst refereeing display we've seen in the World Cup since the opening match; sending off aside, the guy was so biased towards Greece it was untrue.

Greeks diving all over the place. Apparently, a draw is good enough for them- sat at the bottom of the group, at negative 3 goal difference. Bizarre.

Well, what a giant waste of time that turned out to be.

Columbia through although you fear for japan having to take the game to them

74% possession?

Well, at least Colombia have qualified for the next round. By far the best thing to come out of this game.

Japan a huge disappointment. I expected more from them, more so after Greece went down to 10-men. Two poor sides that hopefully get dispatched in the final group games.

Makes you wonder why they even bothered to turn up. Dreadful game.

Bit hard to play their style of football when one side completely settles for a point.

Japan are out now, yes? Greece have one last chance, if they beat Cote D'ivoire which I can't see happening.

We've a great number of goals in this WC, 66 in 23 (2.87 goals per game), but a worrying development emerging:

First 12 games: 41 goals (3.42 goals per game)
Last 11 games: 25 goals (2.27 goals per game)

2.27 goals per game was the exact average we had in 2010. Hopefully with shite like Greece, Iran and Nigeria out it will pick up again.

Yes, so they're out Honestly, after Colombia's performance yesterday and Japan's today, I'd say there's almost no way for them to beat Colombia.

South Korea playing better as the Asian team. Thought Japan would do well
