Gandalf in goal right? I mean, come on, "you shall not pass?" Nothing's getting by him.

What I like about this team is that with Gandalf up front we can afford to not only "carry" Gerrard in midfield, but play with just 10 men.
Otherwise, I like the OP's pick. Not enough vision! Tinkywinky would help to cut out the "elementary" mistakes. Does anyone know id the Count from Sesame Street has got a British grandfather anyway. Him and Tinkywinky would make a great central defensive partnership. I really wouldn't be wanting to rely on Zippy for disciplined play if one of the first team gets injured - have to use the dual-nationality rule to our advantage. |

I wouldn't play Blunkett in midfield.
Not enough vision! ![]() Not a problem, just watch his Labrador fly into the channel before passing to Dangermouse. (Imagines Phil Neville commentating on this). |

They should only pick players called Gary, Larry, Barry or Harry. The training sessions audio playback will be great to listen to!

Gordon Banks
George Cohen Jack Charlton Bobby Moore Ray Wilson Nobby Stiles Alan Ball Bobby Charlton Martin Peters Geoff Hurst Roger Hunt Although Hodgson would probably play 4-2-3-1 with Sir Geoff on the left and Sir Bobby as a defensive midfielder. |

What does it matter? we're out. Might as well give the people who haven't played yet a game.
