Number port to Asda problem

I recently ported two numbers from Orange (EE) to Asda. While my phones were on the temporary Asda number (the one the sims were supplied with) I could text 2732 for balance enquiries, top ups, etc but now that the port has been done I am unable to text 2732 on either phone - one phone gives the error message "Unable to send message: 2732", and the other the message "Message not sent. Please try later". Texts to other numbers work fine.

Any suggestions as to how to fix this would be welcome. I have reported it to customer services a number of times without success.

Welcome to DS!

How recently did you move the numbers over? I'm guessing it takes a few days for your ported numbers to be fully recognised as being on the ASDA network.

Hi. The numbers have been ported for over 2 weeks now which I would have thought ought to be long enough.
