What is U.K. alternative to Goo gone for removing LCD adhesive after separating
I'm hoping someone can steer me in the right direction. I've started to repair phone screens by separating the LCD and touch screen from the glass. I need to get the adhesive removed from The LCD once it has been separated. Goo gone is mentioned all over the Internet but I was wondering what would be a UK equivelant I could just nip to the shops and get now. I could order off Ebay/Amazon but I want to just nip to a local shop and buy it straight away.
Ive seen WD40 mentioned but is it suitable for LCDs and will it damage Digitizer or LCD? Hope that all makes sense

You can get sticky stuff removers from any hardware store.
It's just orange oil. |
