I can't create an EE (mobile phone) account because it won't accept correct CAPTCHA enteries. Yes I checked for uppercase/lowercase as it says case sensitive

I mean one of the word was 'feelings', you can't get that wrong.

Tried atleast two dozen times and it won't let me passed.

The EE website does my absolute head-in. Total pain.

Anyway, have you tried a different browser? That may help. Also hit 'Try again' and use another word which maybe clearer?

It's a pain in the arse and you aren't the only one.

Wanted to too up my mobile broadband SIM and it took far too long because of the Captcha.

In the end I'm sure I ended up using Google Chrome!
