They talked about Ochoa the other day, but Neuer is having a good tournament. Made a good few stops against portugal, and doing well agsinst Ghana. Very very good.

Good topic. Who has impressed and who's had a nightmare so far?

I liked the Iranian goalie. His name was something like Haggishi or something. I also like the Costa Rican Navas, Kashamira of Japan, and the best of the lot has been Ochoa of Mexico.

Apologies if I have some names wrong or I've forgotten anyone.

On the other side, well what has happened to Casillas these last few years? 150+ caps, still only 33 so should be in his prime really as a goalkeeper....he's had a real shocker this world cup and how he's managed to get himself in the situation he is at Real Madrid, I have no idea. Akinfeev also threw one in and he's another whose reputation has fallen in recent years. Both seemed undroppable a few years ago but look very vulnerable now.

He should never have been picked. Little match practice and nearly lost the Champs for Real Madrid. Something to do with a beautiful TV journalist partner perhaps. And Brazil should not have selected the out of match practice Julio Cesar. Their weakest link.
