This game is proof that the likes of terry and cole should've been taken to brazil, this whole obsession with giving the youngsters a chance, has been a disaster. Don't get me wrong, I totally agree with the need to giving players experience and developing them, but not at the most important tournament which happens only once every 4 years. And what on earth is hodgson doing leaving rooney (arguably our attacking player) on the bench?
The youngsters didn't play in defense in the first two games.
Rooney played in the first two games.

England are so oooooo boring to watch, could have gone out on a high and score loads of goals! Costa Rica, how did they win the group? They are rubbish as well
because as rubbish as Costa Rica are England, Italy & Uruguay were worse when playing them!

Did Rooney put the effort in a pre-tournament workout for the benefit of the England Team or the Samsung Galaxy Advert?

We all know how this is going to end...a late defensive error and England lose 1-0.

Do people here agree with Ian Wrights statement on what England players should do. My dad does sadly( with a few racist words for good measure.)
