I wonder if any of you could help me.

I have an iPhone 5 with fully updated software. I've just come home from university and moved back in with my parents for a few months. They have Sky broadband. I've realised that the Instagram app on my phone does not work over their wifi. The app does work, however, if I turn off wifi and use 3G instead.

This was not the case while I was at uni - I had virgin media in my student house and the app always worked fine.

What is the issue? And how can I solve it?
