VOIP for proxy servers
Hi all,
Just contemplating a move to 02 mainly because other providers don't work in my office (where I spend most of my life!) and was wondering whether their Tu Go app works over proxy servers? I work in a school so everything is filtered and goes through proxy servers. I don't know much about it... With that in mind, when EE use wifi to create a network signal, is the proxy server likely to cause issues? If so, not much point in me waiting with EE to find out. Thanks in advance. |

It is more the ports that the app might use which might not be allowed on the proxy server. EE and Three are both releasing Tugo alternatives soon, so if you are happy with your current network it may be worth waiting until they do in the coming couple of months.
O2's data network is dreadful outside of main towns, so something to bear in mind. |
