The Premier League, La Liga, Serie A etc are all going to look so boring after this world cup.
It just keeps giving. Even the games I expect to be rubbish are great.

I disagree. The Premier League has just had probably its most exciting season ever.

The World Cup has been very good, but remember its all condensed into a month, we have jjst had three ganes a day for the last ten days, which contributes to the excitement factor.

Part of the excitement of the WC is that it is only every 4 years. The problem with the domestic leagues and even now the Champions League is that it can be a bit more same-old-same-old, especially given the saturation level of the coverage.

Having said that, it's still one of the best World Cups for a good long time.

Serie A is already boring to most people as they think it's too defensive. Don't think it's got anything to worry about.

Luckily the Championship will be as brilliant as ever!
