She's just a plot device for Lloyd because the writers and producer can't think of anything else for the character. Once Andrea leaves (hopefully) his next storyline will be getting a new girlfriend who has another secret (and as predictable as before).

Its amazing how many irritating, pointless, plot device characters Blackburn introduces

[.[]/QUOTE]Why? His wife is the one that's cheating. He has no kind of contract with Lloyd.
Because I just plain don't like Lloyd mate.

You and me both Uncle Q...

Can't stand the guy... He thinks he's really hip and cool when in reality he's just a cringy bloke who is knocking on a bit...

A bit of a weirdo if you ask me... I bet he was rubbing in the suntan oil on that so called Daughter of his while they were on holiday too...

Yes a good kicking from the Hubby would be the least he deserves...

If her old man is suspicious enough to follow her, why did he let himself be fobbed off so easily when she was acting extremely suspiciously?

Lloyd/Blandrea/Wosisname may well be the dullest love triangle of all time.

It really was pathetic. As soon as she took him by the arm and said let's go home, he would known she had a bloke in the pub. He looks a bit of a hardcase as well. It would nice to see him beat Lloyd to a pulp.

I'm close to taking back what I said about Lloyd.
He seriously impressed me tonight, credit where it's due and all that.

I thought romantic gestures were all about intimate candlelit dinners, or trips up the Eiffel Tower declaring your undying love - but no, a door key in a packet of Pork Scratching's is obviously where it's at.
Now I know where I've been going wrong all these years, Lloyd has taught us all a thing or two tonight methinks.

I'll see him in a different light from hereon, that much is for sure.

one thing that I notice about the character is that when she is beside Lloyd and he is talking about something to other people, she is constantly stares at him while he is and grinning

Nooooo Uncle Q - don't get sucked into the swirling black vacuum of insipid dull tedium known as Lloyd. Come back from the dark side while you still can.

Oh and when you give me the key to your own bijou little outhouse, I'd prefer it in a packet of Wotsits if that's OK, thank you.

It's ok, I've had time to consider my thoughts since my last post OJ, and on reflection, I still want Moon Eyes' hubby to break his back.

How soon before that Andrea does one? I couldnt give a flying fig about the silly tart and her dull husband. Just a plot device for Lloyd to be unlucky in love for the millionth time and be written out for a bit as I think he is recording Red Dwarf. Then he will be back again like a bad smell for yet another broken love affair, seems the writers cant think of anything else for Mr Mullany.

Theyve written her and her husband all wrong.

Shes a housewive and her husband earns a lot. Hes a lovely bloke and they live in a large nice house.

Why would she be interested in lloyd? She fancied steve but got knocked back so went after lloyd. Thing is shes got nothing to gain. If her husband had a back story like he beat her, was a drug addict, had no money etc you could understand it.

But how hes so nice and they have a perfect life, it seems odd she would be spending so much time on the street.
This is why I can't care about her. I don't understand what has motivated her to look outside her marriage. So her husband works away from home? Hardly a big trauma is it? I get the impression we're supposed to like her, but what's to like about a woman who is leading a double life and doesn't appear to be remotely troubled by it?

It's called acting darling!

It's just like when Beth came into the Rovers to apologise to Carla. Michelle stood there and swivelled her eyes. It's all been done before. Michelle has done the same when Sally has had something to say to Carla at the factory.

Andrea does the the innane grinning and Michelle does the eye-swivelling. They'e limited actors with annoying and repetitive characterisation traits and just like Fiz who can only do 'awww' baby voice and glaring, teeth-nashing rant.

I hope her contract was on a trial basis that has ended.
